• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Only one account may be created per phone number or email address.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.

CC999 may request identity documents or other supporting materials at any time for account verification. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is completed. This is an integral part of our security framework.

3 Age Verification & Underage Policy

CC999 may request age verification documents at registration or at any subsequent stage. Accepted documents include a National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. Deposit and withdrawal services may be restricted until verification is complete.
